FAQs

Do you charge for the review?

No. The initial review is free.

Are you attorneys?

No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.

Are you lenders?

No. We are not lenders.

Do I have to sell my house or sign any paperwork?

No. Speaking with us does not obligate you to sell your home, sign any documents, or move forward with any particular option.
The purpose of the conversation is simply to help you better understand your situation, your timeline, and the options that may be available to you.

What’s in it for you?

That’s a fair question.
We’re a business, and when it makes sense, some homeowners decide to work with us after the initial review.
However, many conversations end there.
Our goal is to provide value first and help homeowners better understand their situation before making any decisions.

Can you stop my foreclosure?

Every situation is different.
In some cases, homeowners are able to avoid foreclosure through one option or another.
In other cases, that isn’t possible.
We can’t guarantee any particular outcome, but we can help you better understand where things stand, what options may still be available, and what the next few weeks could realistically look like.
